On this day arrive in Tanzania and land at Kilimanjaro airport (JRO). Our colleague will be waiting for you at the airport. You will be transferred to a vehicle and drive 1 hour and 30 minutes to Arusha town, for dinner and overnight If the sky is clear, you can see Mount Meru and Mount Kilimanjaro from afar on the way to Arusha. Town

DAY 2

BUSINESS MEETING

BUSINESS MEETING IN ARUSHA

Morning starts the day with a delightful breakfast at Kibo Palace Hotel. Late Morning to Afternoon: attend a B2B meeting in Arusha, engaging in discussions and networking opportunities. Evening: Unwind at Kibo Palace Hotel or take time to explore Arusha’s local attractions

DAY 3

NATIONAL PARK

07 May 2026

DRIVE TO SERENGETI NATIONAL PARK

Soon after breakfast, depart to Serengeti National Park. Drive in a jeep to Serengeti national park, Tanzania’s largest and known worldwide for its endless plains and migration. It’s the oldest park in Tanzania and the most complex ecosystem on earth. The flora and fauna are almost the same as hundreds of centuries ago.

Serengeti is one of the places to spot large predators like lions, leopards, cheetahs, and hyenas in Seronera Valley. You can also see elephants, zebras, elephants, giraffes, wildebeests, and many other species on any given day.

Following your game drives in the central Serengeti National Park, your driver will transfer you to the Lodge

DAY 4

GAME DRIVES

08 May 2026

FULL-DAY GAME DRIVES IN SERENGETI NATIONAL PARK

This is the day to go on a full day of game drives in the Serengeti, one of Africa's best national parks from early in the morning, you will do a full-day game drive in Serengeti searching for big five animals with different actions like fighting, playing, killings and matting. Enjoy a picknick lunch amid in the wild and you will continue with tracking the animals and finish a day on a game drive until sunset when you will drive to the Lodge for overnight

DAY 5

NGORONGORO CRATER

09 May 2026

DEPART FROM SERENGETI TO NGORONGORO CRATER

Soon after breakfast, 8 am depart at the lodge to Ngorongoro Crater which takes about 3 hours’ drive to reach the main entrance gate. After registration drive into the crater rim where you will reach to the descending gate. The crater is over 20 kilometers wide and approximately 600 meters deep. Ngorongoro Crater is famous for the presence of the Big Five buffalos, black rhinos, elephants, lions, and leopards.

It also contains many other animals, such as cheetahs, zebras, hippos, serval cats, hyenas, and wildebeest. During the game drives, the guide will take you to a picnic site and have a lunch

Late Evening drive to Karatu for dinner and overnight’s stay

DAY 6

LAKE EYASI

10 May 2026

VISIT LAKE EYASI

In the morning you have breakfast then you will pick up the packed lunch boxes ready for the game drive to Lake Eyasi. In Lake Eyasi you will visit the cultural and natural heritage of the Hazdabe and Datoga. You will reach the remote plains where the Hadzabe hunter-gatherers live.

You learn about their hut creation and how and why they move and go for a walk learning Hadzabe bush lore and their uses of different plants

In the afternoon you will have lunch at the picnic site, and after lunch late afternoon drive to Arusha for dinner and overnight

DEPARTURE DAY

11 May 2026

DEPARTURE DAY

It is time to say goodbye to Tanzania. Following breakfast, you will be transferred to Kilimanjaro International Airport for your departure flight, bringing with your memories of an unforgettable journey. The driver will take you to the airport three hours before the flight departs.
