Day 1
BERLIN – POTSDAM – HAMBURG

The journey begins in Berlin, where travelers will board a comfortable bus for a transfer to Potsdam, the former royal residence of Prussian kings. In Potsdam, a guided visit to Sanssouci Palace will unveil the opulent summer retreat of Frederick the Great. Often referred to as the “Prussian Versailles,” the palace is famous for its lavish Rococo architecture, intricately decorated interiors, and beautifully landscaped terraced vineyards. Travelers will have time to admire the grand halls, gilded ornaments, and the stunning park that surrounds the estate. Entrance tickets are included, allowing access to the interiors and gardens. Following this, the journey continues with a transfer to Hamburg, Germany’s second-largest city and a major port, known for its maritime charm, historic trading heritage, and vibrant cultural scene. With its network of canals, elegant bridges, and modern waterfront developments, Hamburg seamlessly blends tradition with innovation. The city’s lively harbor, one of the busiest in Europe, has shaped its identity as a gateway to the world. Visitors can enjoy its rich music legacy, diverse culinary offerings, and dynamic nightlife. HAMBURG - LEIPZIG – DRESDEN

Breakfast at the hotel. The day starts with a guided city tour of Hamburg, exploring its maritime heritage and vibrant cultural scene. Highlights include the historic Speicherstadt, a UNESCO-listed warehouse district with picturesque canals, and the modern HafenCity, an architectural marvel blending contemporary design with waterfront charm. Visitors will also see the Town Hall (Rathaus), a stunning Neo-Renaissance building, and the lively Reeperbahn, Hamburg’s famous entertainment district. The journey continues to Leipzig, a vibrant city in eastern Germany, known for its rich musical heritage, dynamic arts scene, and historical significance. The city has deep cultural roots, being home to Johann Sebastian Bach and Felix Mendelssohn. Upon arrival, travelers embark on a guided tour of Leipzig, a city renowned for its musical legacy and revolutionary history. Highlights include the St. Thomas Church,    and the Monument to the Battle of the Nations, a massive memorial commemorating Napoleon’s defeat in 1813. The bustling Marktplatz (Market Square) and the elegant Mädler Passage shopping arcade offer a glimpse into Leipzig’s vibrant city life. In the afternoon, the group continues to Dresden, known as the "Florence of the Elbe" for its stunning baroque architecture. The day ends with check-in at Holiday Inn Express Dresden Zentrum for an overnight stay.

Day 3
DRESDEN – KARLOVY VARY – PRAGUE

DRESDEN – KARLOVY VARY – PRAGUE

Breakfast at the hotel. The morning begins with a guided visit of Dresden, showcasing its remarkable post-war reconstruction and artistic treasures. The group will explore the Zwinger Palace, an architectural masterpiece housing museums filled with Old Master paintings and royal artifacts. The tour continues with the Frauenkirche (Church of Our Lady), a symbol of resilience and reconciliation, and the Semper Opera House, one of Europe’s most prestigious opera venues. A walk along the Brühl’s Terrace, known as the “Balcony of Europe,” offers magnificent views over the Elbe River. Following the Dresden tour, the journey continues with a transfer to Karlovy Vary, a famous spa town in the Czech Republic. You will have time to stroll along the charming colonnades, admire the ornate spa buildings, and learn about the healing mineral springs that have attracted visitors for centuries. Later in the afternoon, the trip proceeds with a transfer to Prague, the enchanting capital of the Czech Republic. Upon arrival, you will check in at The Dominican, a charming boutique hotel located in the heart of the Old Town.

Day 4
PRAGUE

Breakfast at the hotel. The day begins with a guided city tour of Prague, an exploration of the city's rich history and breathtaking landmarks. The tour covers the Prague Castle, the largest ancient castle complex in the world, featuring the Gothic St. Vitus Cathedral, the Old Royal Palace, and the Golden Lane, a charming street of tiny colorful houses. We continue to the Charles Bridge, a medieval stone bridge lined with statues, offering stunning views of the Vltava River. Next will be visiting the Old Town Square, home to the Astronomical Clock, the Church of Our Lady before Týn, and colorful baroque buildings as well as the Jewish Quarter, including historic synagogues and the Old Jewish Cemetery, offering insight into Prague’s Jewish heritage. Finally, we will enjoy a one-hour river cruise on the Vltava River, providing a unique perspective of Prague’s iconic landmarks from the water. The afternoon will be at leisure for private activities, visit a museum or do the last shopping before coming back home. Optionally we can organize for those who are interested, an excursion to Karlštejn Castle. This fairytale-like Gothic fortress, built in the 14th century by Emperor Charles IV, was used to safeguard the crown jewels of the Holy Roman Empire. Travelers will explore the richly decorated Chapel of the Holy Cross, admire medieval artwork, and enjoy panoramic views of the Czech countryside. The evening concludes with a return to The Dominican for a final night in Prague.

Day 5
PRAGUE

Breakfast at the hotel. The final morning is reserved for free time, allowing you to explore Prague at your own pace. Options include: Shopping for souvenirs such as Bohemian crystal, garnet jewelry, and marionettes; visiting local cafés to try traditional Czech treats like trdelník (chimney cake) or svíčková (marinated beef with cream sauce); exploring additional sites such as the Dancing House, Vyšehrad Fortress, or the Letná Park viewpoint. At the given time, a transfer to the airport will mark the conclusion of this unforgettable journey through Germany and the Czech Republic. If you are planning to extend your stay in Europe, we will strongly recommend a visit of  Český Krumlov, a picturesque town in the south of the Czech Republic, famous for its fairytale-like medieval architecture, charming old town, and stunning castle complex ending your vacation in Vienna for a few days.
